How to apply
The Peter Cruddas Foundation can only donate to UK registered charities.
To qualify you must be:
A UK charity registered with the charity commission benefitting people living in the UK.
An organisation supported by a UK charity (supporting charity to apply).
An individual supported by a UK charity (supporting charity to apply).
If in any doubt about your eligibility or project, please contact the Foundation Administrator
for advice.
It is strongly recommended that you read the notes to help you complete the application form.
The official application form must be completed in full.
Visually impaired applicants should contact the Foundation Administrator for alternative form.
For now the application form with a covering A4 letter will suffice.
Unless requested do not enclose:
- CD/DVD
- Leaflets
- Newsletters
- Accounts (we can download them from the Charity Commission)
